your thoughts are right my friend, I've been in a situation like this before so i can tell that she likes you and don't worry about her bf, if she likes you that much, she will brake up with him and hook up with you. She touches you randomly meaning she is attracted to you a lot and hugs you maybe because you give her nice hugs that she really likes.
